Senior Project Manager

This position represents a great opportunity for an architect seeking to be part of a dynamic design-oriented firm. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager who wishes to work on high quality architectural interiors projects, including workplace environments. The role of this position is to be actively engaged in the SD – CA phases of projects. As a “hands-on” oriented office, our PMs are directly involved in the management and production of CDs and supervising CA. In addition, this position requires managing a team as well as guiding junior PMs and staff. We seek someone who can serve as a mentor and leader within the firm.

The culture of the firm is highly collegial, while being deeply committed to exceeding client expectations. A high EQ, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic are key. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are required. The office uses REVIT and AutoCAD for drawings and Sketch-Up and Rhino for design modeling. Proficiency with REVIT is required. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience.

Architectural Designer/Job Captain

 If so, Paul Lukez Architecture Inc. is seeking a talented and committed architectural designer with 4-7 years of experience. Applicants must have strong design skills complemented by a love and appreciation for the craft of building. Having strong interest and /or experience in wood framed residential and sustainable design is required. The applicant must be a proficient user of AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketch-UP, and the Adobe Suite.

Being able to work collaboratively is essential. The design and studio environment is exciting and collegial, offering aspiring architects a unique opportunity to significantly advance their design skills and expertise.


We have an immediate need for a talented and skilled designer with strong modeling and rendering skills who can work fluidly between project types and phases with the firm’s principal and senior staff. The candidate should have strong skills using REVIT as well as modeling/design programs like SketchUp and Rhino. A discerning eye and cultivated design sensibility are required for this exciting position.

The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of office experience and is motivated to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and contractors. Growth opportunities in a dynamic design intensive studio setting are available.
